Privacy Policy

What we collect about customers

Account data you give us (name, work email, company, USDOT/MC, website), billing status from Paddle (never your card), and access logs: IP address, device identifier, browser, time of sign-in, unlocks and exports. During the beta we may also record a browser fingerprint at sign-up, sign-in and unlock, only to detect duplicate accounts and shared seats.

What the service shows about drivers

Posts that drivers published in public groups and channels saying they are looking for work, the job facts extracted from them, and — only after a customer unlocks a post — the contact the driver published in it.

Why

To provide the service, to approve accounts (we check USDOT/MC against the public FMCSA census), to prevent abuse, to bill, and to meet legal requests.

Sharing

With processors that run the service for us: our hosting, Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), our email provider, Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). We do not sell customer data.

Drivers: remove your data

Use the “Remove my data” form. We confirm within 10 business days and remove the data from the service within 45 days.

Retention

Account data while the account exists; access logs up to 24 months; billing records as required by law.

Strictly necessary cookies only: your session, your device identifier and your language. No advertising cookies.

For any request about your data use the “Remove my data” form (drivers) or reply to any email you received from DriverNova (customers). A dedicated privacy address will be published here before the public launch.

Ce colectăm despre clienți

Datele contului pe care ni le dați (nume, email de serviciu, firmă, USDOT/MC, site), starea plății de la Paddle (niciodată cardul) și jurnale de acces: IP, identificatorul dispozitivului, browserul, ora autentificării, deblocările și exporturile. În beta putem înregistra și o amprentă a browserului la înscriere, autentificare și deblocare, doar ca să detectăm conturi duplicate și locuri partajate.

Ce arată serviciul despre șoferi

Postări publicate de șoferi în grupuri și canale publice în care spun că își caută de lucru, faptele extrase din ele și — doar după ce un client deblochează postarea — contactul publicat de șofer în ea.

De ce

Ca să furnizăm serviciul, să aprobăm conturile (verificăm USDOT/MC în recensământul public FMCSA), să prevenim abuzul, să facturăm și să răspundem cererilor legale.

Cui transmitem

Procesatorilor care rulează serviciul pentru noi: găzduirea, Paddle (plăți, ca merchant of record), furnizorul de email, Cloudflare Turnstile (protecție contra roboților). Nu vindem datele clienților.

Șoferi: ștergerea datelor

Folosiți formularul „Șterge-mi datele”. Confirmăm în 10 zile lucrătoare și eliminăm datele din serviciu în cel mult 45 de zile.

Cât păstrăm

Datele contului cât există contul; jurnalele de acces până la 24 de luni; evidențele de facturare cât cere legea.

Cookie-uri

Doar cookie-uri strict necesare: sesiunea, identificatorul dispozitivului și limba. Fără cookie-uri de publicitate.

Что мы собираем о клиентах

В бете мы можем также записывать отпечаток браузера при регистрации, входе и открытии — только чтобы выявлять дубли аккаунтов и общие места.

Что сервис показывает о водителях

Посты, опубликованные водителями в открытых группах и каналах, о поиске работы, извлечённые из них факты и — только после открытия клиентом — контакт, указанный водителем в посте.

Зачем

Чтобы оказывать сервис, одобрять аккаунты (проверяем USDOT/MC по открытому реестру FMCSA), предотвращать злоупотребления, выставлять счета и отвечать на законные запросы.

Кому передаём

Обработчикам, которые обеспечивают работу сервиса: хостинг, Paddle (платежи, merchant of record), почтовый провайдер, Cloudflare Turnstile (защита от ботов). Мы не продаём данные клиентов.

Водителям: удаление данных

Используйте форму «Удалить мои данные». Подтверждаем за 10 рабочих дней и удаляем данные из сервиса не позднее чем через 45 дней.

Сроки хранения

Данные аккаунта — пока он существует; журналы доступа — до 24 месяцев; платёжные записи — сколько требует закон.

Cookies

Только необходимые: сессия, идентификатор устройства и язык. Без рекламных cookies.
